When to change the schedule, what say the more experienced?

My fourth hydro grow. Coco/perlite, DTW hydro with GH trio n cal mag. I am following the schedule found here:

https://www.growweedeasy.com/general...ora-trio-guide

These are clones, so they were veged on week 3 schedule. I started with week 4 when they were flipped. They have now completed week 7 and are starting week 8 today (week 7 and 8 formulas are the same). There is a notation to repeat week 8 for a longer bloom time. At week 9 the grow portion is zero, then just bloom ripen and flush. I guess once you go down that schedule, it is difficult to go back? My question is what signs from the plant am I looking for to either continue the schedule, or repeat week 8?

Choco is in the lead as far as frosting goes.

All stigmas or most all of them rusty brown and they look to be 3wks or less from finish check trichs get mostly cloudy on colas, this is when i stop bloom products and let the plant use up what's she's stored. Now sometimes they get a surge of new white hairs but that's them going into survival mode don't sweat it. For myself i don't feed bloom in the last 3wks, just water and molasses. I let the plant get yellow and leaf starts drying up and curling.
