When to add nutrients to coco

hi fellow growers just starting another grow and 8 days in, seeds have popped out of the root root cubes and I’ve put them in 15ltr pots with a mix of perlite and coco soil with clay pebbles at the bottom for drainage, when should I start adding coco part A & B? See pic?
