When Should i Transplant?

Here is some Pictures the plant is still healthy just i noticed some white root's by the bottom of the cup i am still new so this would be my first transplant should i wait a few day's or?

It's ready for transplant. Use scissors to cut down one side of the solo cup - makes it easier.

Its ready. Make sure its dry (don't water it for a couple of days before transplant). Turn it upside down, give a gentle squeeze to the cup, and it will slide right out.
