When should I start LST/Supercropping/scrog?

I'm looking for advice when is the best time to start LST supper cropping and scrog any advice and tips woul be highly appreciated

hey mini Nebula has a great tutorial on that but I would say when the plant has 3 nodes but you are better off reading the tutorial

Like jarhead said, I'd read all about it in the tutorials and get back to us with specific questions, those 3 topics cover a lot of ground.

If its growing fast and is well, could start some munipulations as soon as the 3 node just don't over due it or u can stunt it! My $.02 do your homework,!

The plant has to be actively growing, without any major issues-

The earliest I have started was, on the second set of true leaves and onlyt 1 1/4" tall.
It was scary-lol

As a bit of an experiment I recently topped as soon as it had the second node and I could get the top off and started pinning her down and defoliating just a few days after and she hasn't skipped a beat. I'm pretty sure you can do whatever you want to these plants whenever you want, as long as their healthy, and they won't care.

im going to top the first node next go around.
