You'll save on nutes doing it that way but I don't think your buds will be any better for it and you'll be locked into a harvest time regardless as your plant will be dying fast in two weeks time without nutes.
There may be some advantage as from what I have seen, or at least think I've seen, is that stressing the plant brings on earlier trichome development but at expense of flower growth, which won't matter if your flowers aren't growing any more.
Anyone else noticed this?
