When do you start counting flowering with autos

For the auto pros out there.
At what point of the plants growth do you start counting flower weeks?
Since we don’t flip light schedules I’m not really sure.

I don't know about when, exactly flowering starts, but I start adding flowering nutes to veg at 4 weeks and am 100% flowering nutes at 5 weeks.
The reason is only because grow time has been about 10 weeks and I'm shooting for the middle as if I were flipping fem when I did 8 weeks veg and 8 weeks flowering.

Watch your plants and they will tell you. I start the transition to flower nutes when I see the autos start showing signs of flowering.

When you see white pistols at your nodes start giving flower nutes. Autos need more nitrogen the first few weeks of flower than photos do.

I went with pistols too but started the transition to bloom nutes just a bit earlier because of high N.
