You’re a ways off judging by the pic, I like to use the trichome method to establish when to harvest, as well as the amber pistils, which are the long hairs you see, the clear looking crystal like sugary look are trichomes and they turn from clear to a milky cloudy color, the more of those that turn cloudy will determine thc content and effect, the more of them that are cloudy at harvest time will tend to make the effect more intense and perhaps prone to the body high effect, while harvesting the plant when those Trichomes are say 50/50 clear and cloudy, or earlier in the harvest window, will make the high more head high and uppy. Perhaps buy a small jewelers loupe, for around ten dollars, that way you will be able to look up close and see those trichomes clearly..

Congratulations on your first bud, very nice looking, Where did you get your seeds,?
You are still a little early though, but nice job for your first grow.
Start some more seeds .

Thanks I will try and get pictures of the seeds..attached is a closer picture..the seed I think is from a farm I Zimbabwe but I have mo idea on the strain...plant smells like a guava fruit at the moment.

Leaves on the top half of the plant appear to be drying out but I think that is because the plant has bent on the main stem..any advice with regards to harvesting would be much appreciated..the plant also appeara to me Male or a hermaphrodite and I can see seeds developing in some of the buds thank you
