SOIL What's wrong with my plant???

I don't know what is going on. First time grower. I think I might just trash the bad ones (I have 7. Four not looking to good) and start over with premium everything but I would at least like to try to help them first if I can. Please help!

Need more information first , but don't throw them away, first off like Canuck147, says something is eating the sh-t out of them ,you gotta stop that.Plenty of information on GWE about how to do that.
