what's up with this gal?

So, I get that I mismanaged the light for this gal but I can't figure why she is wilting at the top. Have pursued overwatering, underwatering, nutrients, pH, light, temp, fans...nothing seems to help. Any ideas?

yes most likely she's got a temperture from that heat above her................

Yep, those cooling fans vent out of the sides, your blowing really hot air directly on the plant when lights are on.
