what's going on with my plant

This is a small auto I'm growing, and it's growing these little balls.... but they don't completely look like hermie balls to me. Does anyone know what's going on? Should I cut it down and dry/cure it?

I see swollen female parts, grow on!

Those are called calyxes - seed pods had she been fertilized. They swell up as your plant ripens.
