HELP! Whats going on with my leaves?

Hi everyone,
Please, I'm beginner and I got a lot to learn, but I don't want to wait untill something worse happen, so please could someone take a look at these two auto strains and tell me what could be happening here?.

My setup:
Indoor
Light: 600W Led / 30 inches above / 18/6 time light started 3 days ago (first week was 16/08)
10 L bucket
Tent 1x1x2m

Enviroment: Humidity 70% temp 24C

Soil: coco coir 40% compost 40% perlite 10% vermiculite 10%

Water 250ml only when the soil looks dry

No nutrients added

Fan 24hs slow
Filter RhinoPro 10x30cm and extractor fan

NL: Northern Light auto - I'm not sure if that could be Thrip damage or some nutrients deficiency.
RJ: Royal Jack Auto - the point of the left leave looks withered and also the colour do not look really well for these phase.
Both plants are around 10 cm height.

I don't see a huge issue. Some seeds just form a rough looking seedling to start with and then......they grow a second and third set perfectly. Now just keep those temps. down don't get real high humidity, don't allow fan/heat blow constantly on your plants. Just a few clues you may already do this? But i don't see any problems to worry about but keep a watchful eye like your doing. Good Job come on back with more questions.

Thanks pal. I'll keep watching it pretty closely to it to try to prevent any mistake or issue. I not sure if I should start add some nutrients. I've been comparing my plant to some on internet and for me, my one looks a bit weak, I mean, little leaves for 10 days.
