Can anybody tell me what they think is wrong with this plant?

I’d do a flush and add potassium and remove the current hurt leaves as long as it’s not to many

I'd say Potastium defiencency too, nute burn would show tip burn on most all of the leaves, not just one or two..

Yes I agree with all above comments and do flush allow to dry and those leaves won't recover so you could cut them off. Good Luck
