HELP! What’s wrong with my wilted plants?

Hi all. I’ve had three successful grows with this setup but encountered spider mites for the first time when these clones were a week old. I sprayed with Azamax and after three weeks my plants still look wilted. Any ideas what might cause this and do you think they’ll grow out of it? Thanks.

Is the soil to wet?
Take a 30X zoom lens and look at the under side of the leaves for bugs.
