What to do?

I know there is 2-3 weeks yet before harvesting but one, just one of the buds have turned all brown while all the others still are green. Do I just leave that one go and harvest with the rest when they are ready?

Cut it off and destroy it. You've got bud rot. Be sure to sterilize whatever you use to cut the rotted bud off before you use it on anything else.

Looks like you have some bud rot. Usually caused by moist conditions but also by caterpillars. They chew holes through the buds and then the hallow attracts moisture and mold. Chop that bud off and inspect it for activity. Also give your plants a good look. If caterpillars, you will often see little pieces of poop that look like a dirt spec.

Thank you for the update, stay vigilant out there with those little crappers. Look for chew marks on leaves or poop trails.

Sorry about the rot! The plant looked gorgeous otherwise, so as long as you can keep those buggers away you should be set. Best of luck next time!
