what spectrum of green is okay for dark cycle

i like to check in now and again i was wondering if there was a specific spectrum of green that was acceptable?

is it generally pretty forgiving?

ya i thought this was common knowledge..

if you put light on a flowering cannabis plant it stresses it and induces hermathroditism eventually if done too much.

except if you use green lights apparently. this isnt used by the plant so its essentially invisible is what i heard.

i found a trippy lava lamp kinda bulb that goes through various shades of green though and i want to make sure its not going to be an issue.

I was told that once. He said he put a heavy green lens on his headband light so he could tend to em after dark.
