Hi Dan, You're gonna need to get more info up here, what I see looks like the soil is wet and compact. If they were mine I would repot into three or five gal. smart pots, using a good potting soil and about 25 or 30% perlite. Ph the water to 6.0 keep the temps under 85 and make sure there's some air movement. Allow the soil to dry out some before watering again.

PRIMO i don't have any air movement. today i will use something (pc ventilator , or something a little bit bigger), Canuck147 no spider bites..

BTW: this is what i use :

dan I think primo called it looks like your soil is to compact . transplant .how much do you water it could be over watering I only give enough for 2 days .a seedling that size about a pint, and if you put it in a 3 or 5 gallon pot water around the root ball for the first week or so and don't water the whole pot your little lady can't possibly drink that much before sitting in water does harm

I agree with others about soil over watered and compacted, unless you watered just before taking photo. Another possibility is PH out of range. Bad PH can cause many symptoms. Check PH of water and runoff. Soil grows should be between 6 and 7.
