What ratio of perlite to substrate should i be using?

So my seedling seems to be doing great, but oldjarhead100 mad me aware that my substrate may be a little to dense. What is a good ratio of substrate to perlite for plants?

I use 1/3 perlite to coco but I've seen alot of people saying they use as much as 1/2 but I feel thts to much or unnecessary

Cool you should start a grow journal it help if you have questions ppl can c your set up and I this site shows u posted dates so if I forget to right it down i can just check my grow journal

I ended up having the biggest scare today, my daughter pulled the exhaust fan off of the box and i didnt realize. Half of one of the fan leaves was burnt beyond saving, and it sucks because the second set are just starting to come in. Hopefully she pulls through
