Are any other leaves like it? I'm uncertain, but if it's just the one leaf, it looks to me as if the leaf has suffered some damage, probably when it was a tiny tiny start of a leaf shoot. I've seen similar when I've accidentally caught a very young shoot when bending or tying. It then grows into a big leaf and the damage appears to get bigger as it does.

It could be possible if you consider that was my first plant trained and topped...dont know what I did but probably seeing her now growing fast and healthy that is not so big as I thought
