What is this? Dog Park Hemp?

So I was over at the dog park this morning with our pooch Holly, and along the river pathway I spotted these guys sticking up along the fence. I've seen a fair number of cannabis plants over the years, but never had an up close and personal view of any commercial hemp, which I'm assuming this is.

Can anyone confirm? Spidermite ... You're the real deal when it comes to hemp, is this what I think it is?

I have this growing all over the farm, the FBI certantly took close up pics of it. The county LEO came out and started pulling it calling it "weed".. "Mr Wise you have weed growing all over the place" LMAO it is not weed smoke all of it you want! Low lifes have spotted it and grabbed as much as they could get away with, and Dad would just watch and laugh! Now my brother used to sell it, and the sad part is they came back for more,,,

I can look back and laugh about it, I left out a lot, they came in for a bad dude (we made the national news but my chickens got the air time,,,). I was doing BBQ and they posted a LEO to watch me (like I'm going to do anything with all those big guns waving around), scary barely scratches the surface! The dudes at the meth lab had to sh!t their self when all these LEOs came in,, LOL
