What is this bug and how do I kill it

Hopefully I'm in the right section of the forums here, let me know if not and I will move/delete. I found a bug within my grow room that I think is killing seedlings. Anyone know what it is and how I can go about killing it/preventing it again? Thanks in advance.

that looks like an aphid .I use neem oil or any insecticide , I also like to keep lady bugs in bloom room

I smash as many as I can and turn lady bugs loose!

Thanks, I picked up some Neem Oil. I would get lady bugs but would be hard to control indoors (at least in my grow boxes).

I have praying mantises living in my garden doing a good job on nats

As long as there is food lady bugs will stick around ,I dumped some in my green house and they are still there

Would it be a bad idea to preemptively use lady bugs for my INDOOR grow? In a 3x3 tent with 4 plants in 3-gallon pots.
