What is happening?

So one of my girls decided to grow a whole new trunk in the middle of the veg cycle. Posting a picture below. Then one of my seedlings is vegetating but like a mini plant. Also, below. Any ideas? Will I need to find a way to support this new growth on my first pictures plant?

have you fimmed this plant? ...no biggy any how as now you are about to hit the solstice

you can remov to an indoor grow space to continue vegtation or start the flowering as you are

It might be mutations in the individual seed genetics. If so, you will probably be fine, just going to grow a little weird.
