What is happening to my leaves??

Can someone please identify this problem I have with my leaves?
I thought it was a caterpillar but after checking the plant from top to bottom and under the leaves I couldn't find a thing .

No flying insects around? Any webbing? Looks like bug damage to me...neem oil wouldn't hurt unless you're in flowering. Hope you figure out what's going on there.

Hello makoman, like Chefbjy said, looks like bugs to me, but I have seen where ph being out of whack, root trouble, can also look like that.

Hi Guys ,here's a bit of an update, So I gave my tent a good clean out and gave it a spray to kill any bugs ( plant and all removed ) got some Neem oil and treated the plant ,upped my nutes to 100% and have kept a good eye on the Ph (6.1,PPM 350 ) seems to be doing ok but veg growth is a bit slow?? first pik was last Saturday and the next 2 were today .
