I'd have to guess rootbound and/or overwatered.

Overall it looks good! In addition to what everyone else said, what's the temperature and humidity in there? Did anything different or unusual happen right before it started showing symptoms? That being said, the buds appear to be developing nicely so far!

Because of the shape of your plant, this might be a situation where the top part will be ready before lower half, which means harvesting top, waiting till ready and do a second harvest on bottom.

I think something is going on at the roots, though a few different things can cause that. Overwatering or root bound are really common triggers for root problems.
The humidity it a little too high at night, which you'll want to fix soonish if possible so your buds don't get bud rot. The plant also doesn't drink as much when there's high humidity and is more likely to get overwatering symptoms. I don't think that's causing the symptoms, but it may be making them worse.
Is the humidity getting high because you're turning the exhaust fan off at night? If so, you might consider leaving the exhaust fan on 24/7, or possibly put it on a timer at night so that the exhaust fan turns on periodically and clears out all that humid air (plant leaves are constantly giving off water so the humidity will get higher unless the air is refreshed). The extra airflow also can help a plant deal with overwatering. The temperature gets a little high but overall it seems OK.
Has your plant been in the same pot since the beginning? If so it may be root bound. How long has it been flowering? You don't want to transplant to a bigger container too late in the flowering stage if you can avoid it, just to prevent possible stress. But a careful transplant can be done and shouldn't stress the plant too much if you avoid disturbing the roots at all (just put the whole root ball in the new pot, without shaking off any of the old soil).

As far as watering, what growing medium are you in, and what nutrients are you using? When watering you don't want to give a set amount of water every time on a schedule. You want to listen to the plant and only give water when it needs it. With most growing mediums you want to water your plant until it gets a little extra water out the bottom then remove the runoff (don't let plant sit in it). Then don't water again until the top soil is dry up to your first knuckle.
As far as yield, it depends and it's really hard to guage. There's so many factors including whether the plant stays healthy and what grow light you're using. That being said, I think you'll definitely get some nice buds off it

It has been in two pots a small one to begin with and then a bigger one which it has been in there for 6-8 weeks and I will start leaving fan on to try and lower humidity then and I have been allowing 10% run off and been waiting for soil to be dry befor watering again I have only. Even giving it a Litre every 5-7 days is this to much and is week 9 of flowering so only thing it seems to be is roots should I move plant to bigger pot and let soil and roots dry out ?

It sounds like you're doing good with watering, so that's making me think it's even more likely it's just a little root bound. Especially since it only recently started showing symptoms even though you've been watering it the same way the whole time. If you see roots wrapped around the edges when you transplant you'll know for sure that was the problem
