What insect is this

Found this today is it good or bad ?

What area do you live in? (totally understand if you're not comfortable divulging that info, but even a general region could help) And is it an indoor or outdoor grow?

Its an indoor and i dont know how it got in. It think its a type off beetle . Idont think i will have a problem

That's a leaf hopper. No problem unless you have an infestation, which would be easy to spot due to sheer numbers.

I don't think it's a leaf hopper after looking at pics of leaf hoppers online. They tend to be smaller and more colorful.

However, it could be an assassin bug which is actually a natural predator of 'pest' bugs in cannabis. An assassin bug will not hurt your cannabis as they are often purposely put in cannabis grows to kill unwanted pests.
