What id happening to my buds?

It has been 6 weeks since plants started flowering. See attached photos. Why are they growing so many seeds and not making proper buds. They have already turned brown as well. Do I destroy the plants and start over? Plants are planted in soil in pots in a nursery enviroment. Living in Pretoria South Africa.

Just looks like swollen calyx to me. Are there pistils coming out? Maybe my eyes aren't so good but I don't see seeds. If you could get better close ups maybe with a loupe or magnifier of what you think is seed. If they have pistils then it's female and keep on growing.

Look how much pollen you have on your leaves. It’s definetly a bad hermit. I also see open pollen sacs. I won’t be surprised if this is mostly seeds and sacs. Happened to me before
