HELP! What has gone wrong here

This is my first post, i have been growing outside and the temps are around the 36 deg and 70% humidity. The plant went to bud quite quickly and then stopped. This is what i have now. Can it be saved and what may have gone wrong?

36 Degrees Fahrenheit? If so that’s what is stunning the growth.. take it inside.. or throw it out.

No it is 36 deg C during the day in full sun and it drops to 26 deg C overnight.

Ok. 98* would cause a lack of growth as well. Ideal temp for a good growth 70 To 80°F
