never before have I seen this markings, what could redish orange leaves mean, also dark purple stems

You have pics on my last grow, had same questions.
I cant see whats PH since I dont have PH meter.
Its in soil. I used 0 nutes in veg, and I use phosforus now. 2,5ml per litre.
she has been growing since half of april. its photoperiod and shees outside so temperatures vary. we had drought summer, very hot but last few days were cold, now its sunny again. I have no aphids only some predator bugs but I rarely see them, underneath of leaves look ok

that is what makes sense, ow how can I fix that. I was even thinking about taking the plant with soil out of pot but Im scared not to damage or ruin the whole plants. Orange bud recovered, now I only have those rusty orange red leaves on Lemon skunk
