what does 0 ppm to 10.00 ppt mean

i am going to buy a meter for my hydroponics stuff and the meter description says the ppm goes from 0 ppm to 10.00 ppt and also what does ppt stands for ? part per thousand or part per trillion
 
Welcome to the forum jam,
PPM means Parts Per Million. I have heard of Parts Per Billion (for measuring very, very small amounts, but I do not know what PPT means. I'm sure that if someone knows, they will let you know.
