HELP! What do you see?

Hello guys.
ı in 3 weeks in flowering .7gallon pot. Canna professional soil. I always check ph. 2 leaf from the bottom and dark side.I think its not important. But first leaf I actually never see like this damage. What could be?
I always check underneath the leaves and all over the plant.I never saw any pest or bugs.
