What do you make of this

I have 4 plants started. 3 in coco loco1 in coco coir. The 1 in question is in the back right, in coco loco. I personally have not seen this before but I know someone has. I don’t find anything on the gwe website. New millennium nutrition, coco loco mix, viparspectra 700 light, 50%. Genetics are brothers grim.

I have seen those crinkled leaves that feel kind of like crepe paper, and the serrated points on the leaves that look like they are pointed up, but my issue did not extend to the whole plant, just about half of it. I treated it like a PH fluctuation or PH problem at the roots and flushed it. I don't like doing that but the plant recovered.
