SOIL What could this possibly be?

I'm going with bugs. Sap suckers, not leaf eaters. You even have spots on stems. I'll also go with a fungus. What part of the world are you in? How have your temperatures and humidity been?
Have you checked the undersides of leaves? Can you give the plants a good shake where you might see something fall off?

Are you in soil? How the ph ?
now with flower setting in she’ll be more picky. I’d probably call it calcium deficiency if no bugs are present

If no leafhoppers, it's fungal. dirtymike suggested septoria. No argument from me, but I am familiar with it in uncirculated parts of a tent and as larger, faded yellow spots.
Watch the main stalk at soil level to see if anything is creeping. Also watch the buds to see if you are getting bud rot.
When you get issues with flowering plants there is very little you can safely do, fungicide wise.
A little more inspection on that first picture. Something that is not fungal is eating your leaves.
