What bug looks like a small chiunk of perlie??

Ok soi seen something that looked like perlite on a leaf then realized it was a bug!! When i looked at it thru my scope that has a led on it , itlooked like it had glowing red eyes!! Kinda freaked me out lol.. also seen what looked to be a tiny tiny worm like thing but a closer look under the scope it was long an translucent like yellow color im thinkin a thrip? Was a fast little fucker
