HELP! What bug is this?

I did check the plant doctor on gwe - barnacle /scale bug? Should I be worried? I checked the under of leaves and and the stems I don't see anything else. I sucked it off with the vacuum hose.

Sure looks like a root weevil to me. Larvae feed on roots, adults on foliage.

Further action, yes! I would start with food grade DE on and in the top of the soil, then check Captain Jacks Dead bug and or a Spinosad product to see if they cover this bug, and spray with that. I would also smash as many adults as I could find.

Honestly I’m not sure what my avatar is.. it was the first and only one I’ve seen.. but I thought it was a type of stink bug but I don’t think the bug pictures is a stink bug.. so I’m not really sure
