What are these bugs

I found these as the sun came up. Never seen them before. There are lots of them. I think they might be fungus gnat larvae. We have had over 12 inches rain this month and that is what we get in a year lately. Please help to indentify. Outdoor grow soil.

Took some time to look at gwe bug page. They are fungus gnats. Should had looked first. Lazy I guess.

I see some little orange bugs at the bottom of your picture on inner rim of pot that looks like aphids too.

bugs are in pickle jar lid on steel grate.

ok looked like a shallow pot or base to a pot. I circled where I am seeing aphids.
