What am I seeing here?

My big devil auto is three weeks into flower. Not sure what the bulbs are. They appear to be covered in tricombs.

Those are called bracts. It's the female reproductive organ of the plant. If the pistals poking out encounter some pollen, a seed will form in that bract.
