what am i doing wrong!!(seeds)

seems to be the only place i found fem seeds of harlequin

I germinate on a germ pad for extra warmth.

Camk I’ve soaked seeds for up to a week (old seeds) in water with a splash of hydrogen peroxide changing the water daily at room temperature It works for the most part but if thay have been frozen or somehow compromised all bets are off and I would order some seeds from a reliable source. Lol
