What about grow lights?

I am a new grower! I have 4 GG4 plants in flower but the buds are not big and fat like the pictures I see. I am using three full spectrum 40w 24" grow lights. Do I not have bright or strong enough lights?

Light is as important a nutrient as any fertilizer-in fact it's probably the most important thing in an indoor grow.
Most of the plants I grow occupy a 2x2 footprint.
Using best quality diodes in your fixture, it'll need a minimum of 30-watts/sq ft of canopy to achieve adequate light intensity.
That's 120 watts/plant or 480 watts for a 4x4.

your grow pots have a lot to do with how big your plants get , there is a updated list of quality lights some where in the tutorials

Welcome to GWE
Thats only 10 watts per plant, I have a single plant (Greasy Grapes) under a mars hydro tsw 2000 (~308 watts), it takes up the entire 3x3 foot print of the light. I agree with you you need more light.
I also agree that everything maters, pot size, whats in the pot, feeding, watering, temps, RH, everything!
