Whaat problem is?

This is og kush automatic from fastbuds. 2 days ago i moved this plant to a larger plastic container. Temperature is 19 to 23 c and the humidity is 50%

How old is that plant? It looks like it had begun to flower? What type of soil is that? And looks like it's had too much food early on? Not sure if this will amount to a full plant grow looks stunted? If it were given to me....I would remove those bottom leaf and flush some plain water to the plant not the whole pot but just the root zone. I hope there are no slow release fertilizer in that soil that plant won't take it. Good Luck

3 weeks is the age of plant. I don t put any fertilizer yet.
