We're legal

There were 5 in total, all passed. Do you think it will become legal on a federal level at some point? and are there steps being taken to get that? Or could that only happen once all states are legal?
 
It is in the works for the feds to get out of the way, my thought is it wont happen until they tax it, and the more states that get on board the faster it will happen.
I hope they also put in when it is to take affect! My state is known to set on things they did not want but were out voted on. It took about 2 years to get real bear on the shelf after it passed.
 
Stop braggin 💔 my damn state like with everything else is behind the times, hell it's illegal to walk downtown with a metal lunch box here (can't remember why but is actually on the books). LoL I could get a year for a single plant where I live, it's a damn good thing I don't have a single plant LoL... "F" em if they can't take a joke and joke em if they can't take a "F"

Once the right corporations and Pharma companies are positioned, it will go federally legal..... I'm cynical, but probably correct.
 
Ahh Pharma should have known they would figure in there somewhere. They stand to lose millions and probably already are losing millions. Pharma is probably one of the biggest hurdles that the uk has to get over before there is any hope of getting it legalised here especially with the conservative Government we have here right now. Too many fingers in the pie so to speak. May be possible with a labour Government as i think they are more willing to look at the options of legalising cannabis.
What i don't get is why banks are so reluctant to touch dispensaries when they stand to benefit from it along with the rest of the country in the form of improved economy. I assume these cannabis businesses pay there taxes. Seems stupid to me when the money that goes to taxes from these cannabis businesses is the same money that could be going into banks but the one business "the inland revenue" are not breaking federal law but the banks could be?
 
That's really rad. I used to live in Montana back in 06. It's really unique there. Beautiful. I'm so happy for you all of you that reside there. I wish the country would just be on same page.
