Wen to swap mh globes to hps

Im about to switch to flower and was wondering the best time to swap globes from mh to hps now i have been told to leave mh globe in for the first few weeks of flower for the flowering stretch i have been told the plant benifit most from mh globe during start of flower or is it best to use hps globe for the stretch and transition, any help would be great thanks
