Welcome, Growers! Here are our community guidelines!

thank you Nebula, Sirius for the website and the great info . It sparked a passion.
With the knowledge I gained , I'm goin on my 2nd run . This time I'm starting with seeds from seedsman (last was clones from friends) thank you again and I hope to be bothering all of you soon 😂

It took a while to get the nerve to join a weed growing forum but the info on GWE got me through my first grow after I planted a few bag seeds in my tomato pots early this summer as a total lark. Then I fell in love with the sprouts and went browsing to learn how to bring them to harvest and that's when I found GWE. We're pleased with the first attempt, made mistakes, but learned a LOT! Almost like Nebula and Sirius were with me in the garden with their in-depth knowledge and common sense. If choppers start coming over the ridge (never completely free of paranoia) then this might not have been a good move, but this seems like a good group to be part of. Great to be here.

"them that don't like it can leave us alone".

Welcome Welcome! No question is a bad question, and this site is incredibly friendly and organized! Very glad to have you! 😊

Welcome Clear Haze! Loved your story on the first grow, and it only gets better! GWE has been such a great help last year on my first grow, and now I'm hooked into growing cannabis. It's such a fun plant to watch development...and the harvest is oh so sweet Many good, wise growers in this forum..glad you could join!🌻

New to site - excellent so far. Question - can we refer/tell about a product we use that gives good results ? Any way this is the best forum for learning to cultivate

Howdy Steve, nice to have you join! As far as I can tell, many members share their favorite products, provided they are not trying to sell anything. We're just sharing helpful info for the growers. Cheers! 🌻

First I need to thank Everyone associated with this site. Absolutely phenomenal. Also the members of this forum have been great. Only asked 1question so far, received 4 answers within a day, all on point and helped me make a decision. I would like to echo one of our members and say it is refreshing to find a forum where every post and answer leave the ego and patronization out.

With the help the beginners tutorial and reading post and replies on this forum I have finally completed my shopping list. I really took the estimate of $300 to begin with a rather large grain of salt, but my shopping list came to ~$311. Now I just need to find someone to front me some weed for the month lol.

I am disabled (PTSD and other issues) and only have money once a month. The time I was forced to actually study the information and not go off half-cocked and make poor decisions. The state I live in does not have medical marijuana laws so I will be using a stealth grow. Luckily my psych did not care about the law and recommended weed as a way to help with my symptoms.

Again thank you all very much.

I've been following GWE for 3 years now and real happy to see this forum. The only other forum I've been a part of is Rollitup where I've also learned a lot and made a number of friends that I now hang with. I've always hoped this forum would happen and look forward to participating. I'm in my 60's now and hoping to retire in a few years so I'm trying to get things set along the way. I'm a legal hobbiest grower and love growing. I grow indoors and also outdoor. Indoor I use led, two A51 xgs 190's and a RW 150. Last year I won a grow competition and won a Inda Gro 420 induction light with pontoon and 300.00 worth of beans from Gorilla seedbank. Real glad to see Gorilla on GWE's recommended seedbanks because they are legit. Great customer service. Thanks for creating this forum, I always look to GWE for info.

Welcome Socalrob! And congratulations on your award and cannabis accomplishments! You will be be a valuable contributer to the forum, I'm sure!! 🌱🌻
BTW, 60's is a great age, especially near to retirement (as I am) 😊

Welcome to the forum, we're glad to have you here! Gorilla is relatively new, but they're a great and consistent seed source! Just curious, what has been your experience with the induction lights so far?

Welcome Socalrob, it will be great to have you and all your experience with us! There's lots of us here in our 60's. I guess that makes us old hippies! lol
