Weird new bug

Can anyone tell me what kind of bug this is because I haven't seen these before in my grow and then I got some new worm castings and all of a sudden I keep seeing these pop up everywhere...... I'm pretty sure they're just like queen ants carpenter ants looking for a new home.... But the antenna throw me off.... They're way too thick looking. Just want to know if it's something I should be worried about.

As long as they're not going to infest my apt or start stinging me then idc. I have 2 spiders in my grow that have been chilling there for 2+ months so I named them Jeffrey and Daniel. If it's beneficial it's whatever. I just don't need pests.

Well it's actually super easy with an Android phone. Just take a picture or screenshot. Then go to the picture in the gallery app. And then click on the options and select "Google lens" it works for search like if you want to find out more like in this case. But it also works if you want tu buy something and don't know how it's called or the brand. And it works on texts too. It translates whatever is on the picture. Try with any picture and you'll find it very easy and usefully

I'm much more proficient with my android phone than I seen with my windows desktop. I did build the desktop but I'm much better with hardware than with software.

I'm surprised these things can see. They're always crawling on the LED lights looking into the diodes. Especially the viparspectra light with it's light focusing lenses
