Weird mutant

Hey folks,

About two weeks ago I started a new indoor grow using a OG Godfather seed I bought from ILGM. I popped the seed in moist coco loco and then traveled for a week. When I get back I had a seedling growing. At first glance I did not notice anything unusual, but then it dawned on me that the darn thing has three symmetrical leaves! What is even weirder is that it looks like a growth tip popped out and then got burned out (third picture). I confirmed (gently) that growth tip is indeed attached to the same roots.

Is this plant doomed for disaster? So far, it is growing quite well. Do I do anything differently when setting up my manifold?
