Weird foam in my DWC water reservoir!

Help please!!! I found this creamy foamy stuff in my reservoir after my first water change with nutrients and Hydrogaurd. Can anyone tell me what the hell this is and what I should do about it. Thanks

Did you wash and rinse all hoses and the tub itself? Hopefully it's just stuff left over from the factory when the parts were made but can't be for sure. During my first reservoir change I discovered a clear slime like substance in one of my buckets. I believe it was from not washing everything because i forgot to clean this specific bucket and my other bucket being used was cleaned and rinsed and didn't get any slime. I cleaned the other bucket real well, including the air line and haven't seen it since.

I did not clean the tubes but the tub I did. I was thinking about a good cleaning. What should I use to sterilize all the parts with? Thanks for the quick response.

Hydrogen peroxide or alcohol maybe, but since you are using Hydrogaurd I don't think this would be needed. All I used was microbial dish soap and rinsed with hot water

I'm going to give it a good cleaning tomorrow just to be on the safe side. Thanks for the info!
