Yesterday I tried to purchase a Timber Grow Lights Model 3VL (Vero29 V7 COBs) from CANNA-P LIGHT SOLUTIONS and was emailed a confirmed sales invoice. A few hours later another invoice arrives in my inbox for $35 telling me I must have misread thier web page about the free shipping..I have the '''free shipping'' in writing on my bill yet they refused to honor the original confimed invoice. they offered free shipping, I bought the item with free shipping and they reneged... never seen a business pull that one before. got a better system and deal with the very helpful people at RAPID LED.COM ( 4 cobs for the same price CANNA-P was charging for 3 )
