Need help;
planted 3 (sour jealousy) auto's in 5 gal.fabic pots in cococoir ,first time in this mediumI'm. in my 6th.week.plants look healthy but I noticed some red viens leading to the leaves also been following the watering schedule but I never get any run off. On one of the plants, on some leaves, the tips appear burnt.
Today is watering day but instead I decided to flush the plant with just plain water gave a half gallon to one, no real run off, bottom got a little damp so that's why I need advice. Thanks

Welcome to my life. I recently switched from soil to coco and have encountered the same questions. I never get runoff. What I have settled upon is picking up each pot and seeing if they feel light. If they are light, water them. If they are heavy, don't. Coco holds a tremendous amount of water vs. soil and you can run a small risk of overwatering. I give nutrients and Cal-mag every time at 50% strength. I cannot see your problem in your pics but if it is the tall plant, it could be experiencing some light burn.

What nutrients are you using, how often do your water and how much, does your coco have perlite in it? Any supplements?

Nice plants! consider some defoliation.
 
I grow coco. The few burned tips and red stems you are talking about are normal. Normal to me, anyway. Normal but not the norm. It doesn't always happen. I don't worry about brown tips unless the whole plant gets tipped. I don't worry about red stems in any case. Some say the red is from light. Some say it's magnesium, or manganese, or one of those M nutrients.
I'm not sure your nutes but I have never found a need to flush coco using nutrients made for coco/soilless/hydro. When the root balls get going, my 5-gallon bags get 1-gallon of water each when they need it. Any runoff in the saucer is dry by the next watering. I am also not sure of your CalMag use, but I go a little more than full strength every time. I also up the nutrients. But I do not recommend using more than what the manufacturer says. I am me and have dialed mine in after maybe 20 harvests, maybe, I'm guessing.
 
Is there perlite in the coco? Coco needs lots of calmag. Target pH is 5.8-6. Burnt tips is a sign that Nitrogen is peaked out. Some people look for this a s a good thing to know there is max N. Follow Nebula's schedule for feeding using GH trio. As far as water/nutrient volume goes, when I first set up pots and add pHd water and calmag at 50% of coco volume. As a rule of thumb for maintenance use 10-20% of pot volume for calculating routine water volume. So for a 5 gallon pot in heavy veg it may take as much as 1 G water per feeding. Collect the runoff and measure the volume. The runoff volume should be 5-10% of the volume added. Use the runoff volume to adjust water added volume on the next feeding. Once you have established a base line, volume changes can be made as needed. It is difficult to over water in coco and it should always be wet, don't let it dry out. Once you figure out about how much you need, lifting the pots will give you an idea how much water they need. The volume needed per feeding will change as the plant goes through it's life cycle. It is a different medium than soil and usually needs water daily most of the time.
 
If this sounds like a lot of water, it is. The plants will dissipate most of that water to the atmosphere so make sure the lung room is well ventilated or dehumidified.
 
In coco coir I water/feed several times a day with either a auto watering setup or in a ebb & flow table. Coco is hydro, so never letting it dry out works well for me.

Been following Nebula's watering schedule I'm using Fox farm cultivation nation. I decided today, before I saw these post, to just flush them with PhD water. Was afraid of nutrient overload since I wasn't getting the run off I needed. Each plant got approximately 1qallon, got a little run off. On next feeding I'm going to go off schedule and give them the full gallon each and go from there.
 
Alex3579 the tutorials online are great but not foolproof. They are suggestive guidelines to start with. The plants have the final say in how they want to be grown. Plants are individuals. Seeds from the same cola can produce completely different results.
Flushing is not giving water until you get a little runoff. Flushing is pouring water into your pot until it pours out the bottom so it flushes built-up nutrients. Take a look at the problems guide on the main GWE website and see what nutrient buildup/toxicity and pH fluctuations look like.
