COCO COIR Watering with fertilizer in a coconut growing medium

Hello everyone!
I am about to start my first growth in a coconut substrate. I grow with automatic seed in a 5 gallon fabric pot and I use BIOBIZZ fertilizer.
After a long search in the forum I found no answer to how to water with the fertilizer.
I know when to water and how to identify when to water but I do not know if at each watering I should add the fertilizer or only once a week.
Also, does the order of adding fertilizers have an effect on the PH? Or do I add the fertilizer and finally measure and adjust the PH?
