Watering in coco

Hi, could you let me know how often to feed and water in 12lt. Pot of 80% coco and 20% perlite. She is starting her first five finger leaf, popped on 16th April. Strain is Dinachem, is it possible to Manifold cos it's very tall plant, I believe.

The coco needs to dry some before you water it agin. I try to water lightly in beginning, just around base of Plant. Just a cup at first splashed around , as plant gets a wider profile , my watering gets a lil wider. I use more of a 40% perlite 60 coco so it drys quicker. I grow autos, the light is on the entire grow, by week 3, I water daily. For me it works.

GH tRio half strength, I might use ph water once a week if at all. I do flush when I switch to flowering feeding and before harvest flushing.

I use the one knuckle deep routine. If I put my finger down an inch and the soil is still moist leave her alone. I haven't been able to work out a schedule, and I am worried about overwatering so I use the knuckle deep method as recommended on this forum.

weed likes to dry out between watering I know that all the nute guide line say water twice a week well thats not easy unless you grow in hydro . like Jibber said start off with like a 1/2 pint around the base, it should be dry in a day or two I use a meter it just takes the guess work out of it then as it grows give it a little more Right now my plants in bloom will be dry with the knuckle method and still moist with the meter. I give then what amount of water will last 3 days then you can follow the 2 day a week guidlines

Treat it like dirt get dirt results, treat it like hydro get better results. Just my opinion. 😎
