SOIL Water Quality?

The water coming out of my faucet has a ph level right around 7. Is that to high of a level to water outdoor plants using FF Ocean Forest soil?
 
My tap water is also 7.0, I use it on my plants as is unless I need to drop the PH.
Its pouring outside now so I dont need to water,,,,
