Washing out a few things

when.. was the last time u washed out your prefilter sock????? it improves airflow and temps, and yes I know it’s a pain,but a necessary evil ☠️

I think It’s the carbon filter filter haha the piece of sponge/fielter that goes around the carbon filter

It’s made of flannel type( at least mine is) of material that goes around the filter to prevent large particles and moisture from clogging the filter,thus prolonging the filters life, as well as the fan
The only problem is,as it catches the partials it slows down the intake of air and must be cleaned regularly for peek performance lol

It can really make a big difference with noise, to! Mine got much quieter after I cleaned the pre-filter.
